Digital goods

TrueStub sells digital goods: your pay stub PDF is generated and delivered instantly after payment. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds are limited to the cases below.

When refunds are available

We will issue a full refund when any of the following applies:

• Technical failure on our side. You were charged but the PDF was not generated or could not be downloaded.
• Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Order cancelled by us. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders in cases of suspected fraudulent use (see Terms); cancelled paid orders are always refunded.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is in progress may delay resolution.
