The live preview never leaves your browser

Everything you type into the pay stub generator — employer details, employee details, pay amounts — is processed entirely in your browser while you preview. Preview data is not uploaded, not stored, and not shared. When you close the tab, it's gone.

When your data does reach our server

• Free watermarked PDF: to generate the file, your stub data is sent to our server, rendered into a PDF, and returned to you. It is used only for that render and never stored.
• Paid downloads: we store your email address and a snapshot of the pay stub data with your order, so you can re-download your PDF from your receipt link. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.

What we do collect

• Purchase information: email address and order records, as described above.
• Basic analytics: we may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand overall usage (pages visited, not what you type).

What we never do

• We never store free preview data — in your browser or on our servers.
• We never sell personal information.
• We never use your data for advertising.

Changes

If our data practices change, we will update this policy and note the change here before it takes effect.
